My stay at this hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The location was convenient for my needs, but the changes over the years haven't been positive. The rooms felt more like an old motel, with mismatched furniture, but they were surprisingly spacious and comfortable with modern amenities. The service left much to be desired, blamed on a flawed air system, which I felt was a reflection of poor management. The dining experience ended up being costly and disappointing, as additional charges for breakfast added up quickly. However, the facilities were decent overall.
Rooms
7.0
Although the rooms felt a bit outdated and dowdy with furniture from different places, I can't deny that they were large and comfortable, equipped with modern furnishings and plumbing.
Service
5.0
I had issues with the service during my stay, which I attribute to poor management. It felt like I was abandoned at the wrong motel due to problems with the air system.
Location
6.0
The location, adjacent to the airport, was suitable for my needs and close to the airport; however, the changes over the years have not been positive, which impacted the overall experience.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was frustrating, as additional charges for breakfast meant the value for money was not ideal. There were discrepancies with the pricing, and the lack of included amenities like a refrigerator and microwave caused further inconvenience.
Facilities

The facilities at the hotel were average, not exceptional. While there were no major complaints, they didn't stand out as particularly impressive.

6.0/10
The hotel offers a minimalist room but with clean and nice amenities, providing a good night's rest after a tiring travel. However, the bathroom had an issue with mold, and compared to typical business travel standards, it lacks certain amenities like a mini fridge and has some faulty electronics. The location is convenient for accessing work needs and shopping but might be considered sketchy by some. The dining experience could be improved in terms of value for money, especially considering the extra charge for breakfast. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel is Happy in Seattle with a connected air system.

The hotel had some positives like accommodating our show with good loading and unloading access, but unfortunately, we had to move rooms due to staff mistakes, encountering moldy smell and broken AC. The location was convenient for our needs, close to shopping areas and the hospital, but lacked some shuttle services and was on the edges of the tile.

My stay at the hotel was comfortable but had some drawbacks. The rooms smelled like someone had been smoking in them and were either too warm or too cold. However, it was acceptable for a short stay especially given the discounted price. The service was excellent with helpful and courteous staff, though no compensation was offered for the issues. The location was good for our needs despite not being the best and experiencing changes over the years. The dining experience was below expectations with a lack of cleanliness and value. Overall, a decent stay but with room for improvement.
